67 years old female presenting with complaints of Chronic cough, One episode of hemoptysis

A 46 year old female with history of Urinary tract infection –MDR pseudomonas treated with antibiotics. Now presented with severe abdominal pain and vomiting.

A 75 year old, with left 3rd and 6th nerve paresis. History of left herpes zoster.

A 33 year old male with swelling on the back of the neck. On external examination no erythema over the swelling, non-tender. 

H/O SEIZURES.FIRST SEIZURES 15 YRS BACK.HEADACHE SINCE 15 DAYS.

3 year 11 month old female child presenting with complaints of three episodes of seizures lasting for 1-5 minutes with no regain of consciousness in between.

A 33 year old male, History of proptosis in both eyes since 2 years. Headache and vertigo since 2 years. History of intermittent fever. No history of seizures.
