Dr. Nisha Varadaraj is an astute healthcare professional with 15+ years of experience aiming to foster optimal health outcomes by providing cost-effective, patient-centered quality care using technology as a base. With a dental graduation, she went on to complete her Masters in Healthcare Management from IHMR in 2013, an Executive MBA from the prestigious IIM Bangalore (IIMB) in 2021, and recently graduated as an Impact Fellow from Global Governance Initiative in 2023. She is a mentor at IIM Bangalore and a visiting faculty at IHMR Bangalore.
She has been an exemplary executioner spearheading teleradiology projects in US, UK, Africa, Indonesia, and Middle East countries apart from India. She is a key influencer along clinical and administration teams in adapting to change. Driven by the tremendous & massive impact technology has created in transforming healthcare delivery in the recent past, she is focused and passionate to learn and apply healthcare innovation tools into the existing healthcare systems and notch up level of patient care and service delivery.
At Manipal Hospitals, she is the Business Head of the Telemedicine vertical and effectively oversees a team of 21 non-clinical and 150+ clinical team members, showcasing expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and time management.
