@ESIC PGIMSR (April 2012 – Till Date) – Associate Professor – Department of Radiodiagnosis Joined the department when it was at its infant stage as Head of Department- Radiodiagnosis- Academics. I set the house clean, streamlined things in the department. Key Achievements Started active clincial case discussions for the first time in the department, helping clinician to reach the diagnosis and continuing till date. Taking over CT and MRI section of the department from the outsourced vendor. Single-handily prepared the business case, got the technician staff trained and worked along with team to` develop SOP for CT and MRI department and achieved smooth workflow. Over the course of 10 years of my stay, have demonstrated activities for the department, college, hospital and most importantly the patients and their care in our Hospital and College. Have actively participated in clinicoradiologicopathological meet. Started Postgraduation in 2022, became a guide since then. Have been a part of various research projects and have published eight publications in various national and international journals. Have undergone training in cardiac MRI and CT in workshops conducted by Narayana Hrudyalaya, Bangalore and Sri Sathya Sai institute of medical sciences and research in co-ordination with University of Pennsylvania.
