Manipal Hospitals FRCR 2B Course In collaboration with FRCR Tutorials

Manipal Hospitals FRCR 2B course is exclusively designed to enable delegates from across the globe to benefit remotely from the highly standardised training this FRCR course has to offer.

Aim:

Our sole purpose is to help budding radiologists obtain success in FRCR 2B examination.

Most global candidates are led down for final exams not because of insufficient radiological knowledge, rather due to lack of knowledge of what this exam expects from the candidate.

This course aims to help candidates understand the examiners expectations and the right methodology in preparation.

The specialized 2-day course provides a platform for revision and fine tuning in examination technique/timing, along with focussed session in small groups providing better learning opportunities from peers to help gain confidence in clearing FRCR.

Structure:

  • Registration of Candidates
  • Breakout Room Allotment
  • Rapid Reporting and long case discussions
  • Viva sessions
  • Queries Discussion with valuable feedback

The Course is offered in conjunction with FRCR Tutorials over a virtual platform, designed to mimic the RCR pattern of FRCR 2B examination. The course commences with candidates being exposed to rapid and long cases in real time. Simulating the RCR exam format attendees will receive 15 minutes with 2 senior UK examiners, before receiving a 10-minute feedback towards the end of the session

Testimonials

“I am glad to inform you that I passed final FRCR2B in April 2016, i.e. Summer of last year. I am now working at St George’s University Hospital in Tooting, London.

I had attended your course in January 2016 in Yeshwantpur, Bangalore and was quite impressed. I am happy to say that it was quite helpful in terms of viva practice sessions, I congratulate team Manipal Asia and most importantly Dr. Shalini Govil mam for their hard work and dedication towards making this course a great success.

I also recommend my friends to attend this course”

– Dr. Rucha Madkar, London –
(2016 batch)

“I would recommend the Manipal Asia Radiology Bangalore course for FRCR 2B preparation!  Having attended a number of courses including in the UK before, this course stands out for its rigor, challenging, exam orientated cases, and realistic examination simulation with honest feedback on your viva performance by previous FRCR examiners.

A very enlightening segment on how the examiner plans the cases to assesses the viva candidate, run by an FRCR examiner is included. It also stands out by providing long and short case sets after the course for continued practice. Overall a great learning opportunity!”

– Dr. Mark Tan, Singapore –
(2018 batch)
